Since 2017, I've been helping companies hire the most suitable candidates in order to grow and stay competitive. My background is a bit unusual for a recruiter - I hold a Bachelor's in Law and a Master's in International Business - and that gives me a structured, analytical lens on every search I run.
I specialize in technology positions, primarily matching software engineers with companies in Berlin and beyond. I think of myself as a talent advocate: not just filling headcount, but helping people find careers where they'll do meaningful work.
My Approach
Everything starts with a conversation - about your organizational values, your team dynamics, and what a great hire actually means for your specific context. I'm not just matching keywords on a CV.
I rely on data: database searches, multi-platform sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Xing, Stack Overflow), and structured qualification processes. But I combine that with genuine relationship-building - candidates remember how you made them feel, and that matters at every stage of the funnel.
My motto is simple: "Hire Character. Train Skill." The best teams are built on people who fit your culture and values - skills can be developed, character is who you are.
Background & Education
I'm originally from Niš, Serbia, now based in Belgrade. My academic background in Law and International Business might seem an unlikely path to tech recruitment, but it shaped how I approach every engagement: methodically, with attention to detail, and with a clear understanding that both sides of a deal have interests worth protecting.
Outside of work, you'll find me flying drones, cheering on Red Star, catching sets at Exit or Ultra Europe, unwinding with a good comedy series, listening to classic artists, or mixing cocktails.
